We are looking for an Account Manager to expand and manage client relationships for Kankanal’s solutions, consulting, and DLM services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The role requires overseeing strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth in diverse regional markets. You will be responsible for developing account strategies, managing pipelines, and meeting regional sales targets.
Cross-collaboration with delivery, consulting, and product teams will be critical to delivering tailored client solutions.
You will act as a trusted partner to enterprise clients, aligning Kankanal offerings with their evolving business needs.
Key duties include market development, forecasting, and executing go-to-market initiatives across the region.
The position also involves representing Kankanal at regional industry events, client forums, and partner engagements.
Strong emphasis will be placed on customer retention, account growth, and building long-term partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in account management, consulting, or enterprise sales is required, preferably with international exposure. Knowledge of German or French language is an advantage.
