Kankanal Technologies provides the DeviceBoard Mobile Application for monitoring and managing IoT devices.
If you would like to request deletion of your DeviceBoard account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
**How to Request Account Deletion**
1. Send an email to: vishwaraj.s@kankanal.com
2. Use the subject line: **DeviceBoard Account Deletion Request**
3. Include the following information in your email:
* Your registered email address
* Your organization name (if applicable)
* Your username or user ID
Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion.
**What Data Will Be Deleted**
When your account deletion request is approved, the following information will be removed from our systems:
* User account information
* Login credentials
* User profile information
* Device access permissions associated with your account
**Data That May Be Retained**
Some operational or system logs may be retained for security, legal, or audit purposes for a limited time.
**Retention Period**
Any retained logs are automatically removed within **30 days** unless required for security or legal compliance.
