The KANKANAL Asset Tracker is a compact, battery-powered device for long-term tracking of high-value assets, equipment, trailers and field infrastructure. Combining GNSS, Wi-Fi positioning, motion sensing and LoRaWAN connectivity, it delivers reliable location and condition data to KANKANAL DeviceBoard for real-time dashboards, alerts and asset utilisation analytics — all with multi-year battery life and IP67-rated durability.

1. Hybrid GNSS & Wi-Fi Positioning

  • Multi-GNSS receiver for high-accuracy outdoor positioning.
  • Wi-Fi access point scanning for improved positioning in indoor or urban-canyon environments.
  • Automatic selection of GNSS or Wi-Fi methods to provide the best available location.
  • Typical position accuracy within a few metres in open-sky conditions.

2. Motion, Tilt & Condition Monitoring

  • Integrated 3-axis accelerometer detects movement, vibration and impacts.
