We are seeking an Account Manager based in Hong Kong to manage client relationships and business growth for Kankanal’s solutions, consulting, and DLM services across China, Korea, Japan, ASEAN and Australia markets.
The role involves driving sales, managing enterprise accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse industries.
You will be responsible for account planning, pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets for multiple markets.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; knowledge of Korean, or Japanese language is an advantage.
You will collaborate with delivery, consulting, and product teams to provide tailored client solutions.
The role includes market research, go-to-market strategy development, and localizing offerings for regional needs.
You will represent Kankanal at regional industry events, trade shows, and client forums, strengthening brand presence.
Key focus areas include client retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of account management, consulting, or enterprise sales experience in Asia-Pacific markets is preferred.
