Account Manager – Kankanal Solutions, Consulting & DLM Services (North and South America)

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead client engagement and growth for Kankanal’s solutions, consulting, and DLM services in North and South America.
The role involves managing key enterprise accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for account planning, revenue growth, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across our service portfolio.
Collaboration with pre-sales, delivery, and consulting teams will be essential to deliver tailored solutions.
You will act as the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring alignment between business needs and Kankanal offerings.
Responsibilities include pipeline management, forecasting, and achieving sales targets for the region.
You will represent Kankanal in client meetings, reviews, and industry events, building brand presence.
Strong focus on customer retention, service excellence, and expanding market share is required.
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of B2B account management or consulting sales experience is preferred.
This role offers the opportunity to work with leading North and South American clients in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. Knowing Spanish language is an advantage.
